IT Analyst

Job Description

Participates in requirements analysis and deploys business solutions to support QACC.
Acts as the agent of impact analysis to minimize risks pertaining to the implementation of systems and applications-related changes and upgrades.
Determines operational objectives by studying catering business functions; gathers information and evaluates output requirements and desired formats.
Follows up with IT projects progress by activity tracking; problems resolution; progress reporting; and action recommendation.
Works together with offshore/onshore systems development teams on high-level design review to ensure that all systems/applications design and development is aligned with changing business requirements.
Prepares technical reports as required by Management upon collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Ensures business and operational processes related to ERP systems and platforms are fully documented to support future system enhancement and development.
Provides ERP software training to end-users as and when required to facilitate maximum efficiency as intended by the system.
Timely identifies and communicates support issues to vendors and works with them to implement necessary system recovery solutions within the shortest possible time frame.
Drives IT and technical process improvements wherever applicable.

Qualifications
About You:
An ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
Job Specific Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and applications, experience with overall enterprise technology solutions suite.
Personal interests in keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and automation trends, solutions and design features.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Preferred
Thorough understanding of In-flight catering business processes and associated systems, applications, and other technical solutions.
